Steak & Ale Kensington Club Steak


Steak and Ale will always hold a special place in my heart and life. One of the steaks that I loved was the Steak & Ale Kensington Club Steak. After making so many of these the Kensignton Club will forever be imprinted in my memory. The Steak & Ale Kensington Club was one of the most popular steaks. It's very easy to make.



We the Kensington Club off with pineapple juice and soy sauce. Next, I add the sugar and garlic. Finish off with the red wine vinegar and the dry sherry. If you are looking and think this is very similar to the Steak & Ale Hawaiian Chicken, it's because it is the same. You can check the link to it here. I will put it in a sealed container for about 48-72 hours. I just used a ziplock bag at this point.


Once I have let them go in and stay in the Steak & Ale Kensington Club marinade for a few days. ill take them out and grill them. I like to do a new mid-rare on my steak. I will take one and enjoy some mashed potatoes and the other I will cut up for a salad. You can have them with pineapple rings or skip them. If you do make a salad I would recommend them.
