Air Fryer Chile Rellenos


Thinking of something quick and easy for dinner is not always easy. After may experiments on how to make it i found i was over thinking Chile Rellenos. I was making a normal batter and it was not working out. It tasted great but in the air fryer the wet batter just does not do it. I stopped over thinking it and used a similar dip for chicken. So I used bread crumbs, chile flakes, and garlic powder. Cut the chile and added cheese and rolled it like a burrito then dipped the Chile Rellenos in the egg wash and then in to the coating.


Popped it in the air fryer for about 8 mins at 370 degrees. Going with the theme i just fried up some potatoes to go along with it. Top then with salsa and some sour cream. A quick and easy meal.
